Aroundtown completed the new, long-term fully leased logistics hall in the Kassel industrial site at Henschelplatz 1. Aroundtown is aiming for DGNB Gold certification of the hall and is examining the installation of a photovoltaic system. This is already the third new hall that Aroundtown has successfully implemented at the site.
Even before the official completion, a full pre-letting of 100% was achieved. A total of around 11,000m² of space was created on the site together with the construction company Goldbeck and leased on a long-term basis to a company in the Rheinmetall Group and another new tenant. The handover to the tenants has taken place.
