The Europa Hotel in Eforie Nord, owned by Ana Hotels has undergone a renovation with an investment of over €14m. It is set to open for tourists on April 16.
The modernization of the hotel began in October last year and the initial estimated cost was €10m. However, the final investment exceeded that amount. Of the €14m investment, €10m was obtained through a bank loan.
Ana Hotels Europa has 221 modernized rooms, all with a sea view, a restaurant that can accommodate 400 guests, a 30,000m2 garden, a 900m2 conference centre that can host up to 600 guests, and the Ana Health Spa centre, which features an outdoor freshwater pool, a saltwater pool, an indoor saltwater pool, and treatment rooms that offer wellness, beauty, and relaxation therapies, including the sapropelic mud of Techirghiol. The Spa Center has 36 functional cabinets.
