Acteeum Group and BIG Shopping Centers join forces for the project is Pila: a regional shopping centre with a total area of 38,000m2. The construction of BIG Pila is planned for the turn of this year, and the opening is scheduled for the second half of 2025.
BIG Pila will be located at al. Wojska Polskiego and will include a retail park with an area of c. 18,700m2. GLA including a modern grocery supermarket and c. 30 stores of the most anticipated brands in the region. As part of BIG Pila, there will also be a DYI store with an area of a furniture showroom, and a parking lot for c. 1,200 vehicles. Additionally, the investment will include convenient communication solutions ensuring easy access to the facility, as well as various construction and infrastructure solutions to meet the requirements of sustainable development.
