Achmea Vastgoed invested €150 million in retail properties (NL)

Over the last months, Achmea Vastgoed has acquired retail properties in the Netherlands for a total amount of approximately €150 million.

Amongst others, the acquisitions consisted of the Triade shopping center in Assen (12,600 m²), that Achmea Vastgoed acquired from Ahold Vastgoed and IBC Heijmans for the amount of €30 million; several solitary A1 retail portfolios (4,245 m²) in Utrecht and Haarlem for a total amount of €60 million; the Kalverpoort shopping center in the city center of Amsterdam (€20 million) and some solitary retail objects in different parts of the Netherlands. The vendors were private persons.
