Accor is further expanding its portfolio in the region by announcing the signing of a brand-new hotel in the Republic of Moldova. The group has concluded a franchise agreement with Ciuhrii Ceslav, real estate investor and developer for the opening of an ibis Styles in the proximity of the airport. The hotel will be the first to open in the country and will welcome its first guests in 2024.
The ibis Styles Chisinau Airport will comprise 105 rooms. Some of the facilities offered to its guests are a ground floor restaurant with a bar and an external terrace, open for the community and hotel guests. The hotel will also feature a modern and modular meeting centre of more than 200m², aimed to host various event formats and sizes, as well as a generous fitness area. The hotel will be part of a mixed-use project. The hospitality component will be located next to residential buildings, retail, entertainment and community areas such as shops, kindergarten, a church, which will bring guests comfort and accessibility.
