Accor to open its first Tribe hotel in Hungary

Accor, in partnership with Futureal, has signed the first TRIBE hotel in Hungary. The 250-room hotel will open in Budapest at the end of 2023. The project is a major milestone in Futureal’s operation as part of its new business line focusing on hotel developments. The new property will be located in the vibrant city centre in Kertesz Street, one of the capital’s most frequented tourist areas. The construction work of the complex is expected to start at the end of 2021.

The first TRIBE in Hungary will offer over 250 rooms and spaces designed by the Puhl and Dajka Architects Studio to provide inspiring state-of-the-art technology and comfort. Guests and locals will benefit from a vibrant community experience including a sky bar with a spectacular view and intimate atmosphere, bicycle rental, a fitness centre and a coworking office. TRIBE is Futureal's first hotel development, further expanding the company's diverse portfolio.

"Futureal is about to open a new chapter in its successful real estate operation of almost two decades as we are entering the hotel sector. As a result of careful preparation, deep market research and planning, our latest business line can start with a remarkable project in Hungary. We believe that we have found the right partner in Accor to introduce an exciting brand to the local market, and to create solid, long-term cooperation for realizing further developments," said Tibor Tatar, CEO of Futureal.
