WS Vastgoed Westersuyker increases result by 16,5%

Real Estate Investment Fund WS Vastgoed Westersuyker increased it´s net result by 16,5% in 2002, totalling € 7,3 million.

This is a result of € 3,45 per share (€ 2,96 in 2002). The fund will propose to it´s shareholders to pay a € 1,50 dividend per share plus 1/50th new share. At the present stockvalue this creates a total dividend of € 2,14.
