Westfield Trust announced yesterday that it now has a relevant interest in over 93% of units in AMP Shopping Centre Trust and will now proceed immediately with compulsory acquisition of the outstanding units.
Westfield Trust´s takeover offer for ART has been declared unconditional and will close at 7.00pm on 11 July, 2003. This is the final date for acceptances.
