Walbrzych retail park to integrate with the main transportation hub (PL)

A large retail park spanning over 10,000m2 of GLA will be constructed in the heart of Walbrzych. It will integrate retail and transportation functions for the main transport hub of Walbrzych and the entire region, catering to millions of passengers annually. Passengers will have convenient access to both the PKP Walbrzych Centrum station and new bus stations, ticket offices, waiting rooms, and the diverse offerings of the retail park, all of which are part of this integrated investment.

Passengers will be able to access numerous PKP connections, including routes to Wrocław, Szklarska Poreba, Kłodzko, Poznan, and Jelenia Gora, as well as a bus station serving all bus operators in the region - urban public transport, agglomeration, regional, and supra-regional, connecting all cities, towns, and villages in the area.

Another benefit of the location in the city centre at Wysockiego Street is its proximity to public facilities such as the City Hall, ZUS, District Court, hospital, and theatre. Additionally, a Lidl grocery store and a McDonald's restaurant with a Shell petrol station are already in operation nearby. The expansion and enhancement of the communication system will position the Walbrzych Centrum retail park, along with the bus and PKP stations, as the focal point of the entire area.

Wałbrzych Centrum will feature approximately 20 units offering a wide range of retail and service options. The project will encompass a food provider, as well as outlets for well-known and popular brands in the fashion, electronics, and household appliances sectors, along with pharmacies, services, and dining establishments, as well as medical and fitness services. Customers will have access to several hundred parking spaces.

The project was designed by the architectural firm Studio MTS, with investments from Mallson Polska, Eudeco, and Galeria 7. Mallson is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing, while Eudeco is handling the technical and construction aspects of the project.
