After the acquisition of the Media Park Hilversum by TCN Property Projects, the real estate of the Media Park has now come into professional hands. The structured and active management by TCN has in the mean time led to a flood of quality tenants, with a waiting list as a result. Last week the rounding off of a refinancing of € 97.5m awarded this development.
The financing was arranged by Württembergische Hypothekenbank AG from Stuttgart which will act as financier, along with the affiliated firm, Hypo Real Estate Bank International
