Virgil Calina, the owner of the De Silva group opens the hotel unit Crowne Plaza Constanta – Mamaia Beach, in partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts (InterContinental Hotels Group).

Following the partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts, the InterContinental group continues to expand its presence in the Romanian market.
This is the first Crowne Plaza outside Bucharest and the second on the local market, after the one owned by George Copos in Bucharest.
