VastNed Retail will appoint Mr. Luis Vila Barrón (38) as managing director of VastNed Management España as per July 19, 2004. Mr. Vila has gained ample experience in the retail property sector at Continente, Centros Shopping and most recently as Head of Asset Management with Pradera. Mr. Vila holds a Master’s degree in company law.
