The Vallehermoso Group has acquired a building site in Urbanization Plan Lledo 2 of Castellón of 3,110 square meters, where it will develop a housing development. The real estate company will invest more than 5.4 million euros.
Vallehermoso will develop approximately 16 deluxe attached townhouses. The land is located in the central greenbelt area of the Taxida Partial Plan, one of the residential areas undergoing the greatest development in Castellón, less than 10 minutes from downtown, next to the future Ciudad de Justicia court complex, with various merchants and schools in the area.
With this investment, Vallehermoso aims to strengthen the initiative it took a year ago when it invested more than 32.24 million euros in Castellón in three housing developments, one located at Avenida de Hnos. Bou, where it is developing a building with 45 luxury homes and commercial premises; another in Partial Plan Sensal 2, located next to Ronda Este de Castellón, with 152 dwellings; and another in the Taxida Partial Plan, with 72 dwellings.
Furthermore, Vallehermoso is developing several projects in Valencia and Alicante. In Alicante, the projects of Puerto Pesquer I and II, and Rotonda de Vistahermosa are under development. In Valencia, Vallehermoso is developing the projects Baleares I and II; Rotonda and Santa Rosa; as well as Campos ElÃseos II and II; Peset Alexandre and Residencial San Miguel (Orriols).
