Inmobiliaria Urbis SA plans to invest € 64 million in the construction of a shopping center in Benidorm southeast Spain, Expansion reported, without citing a source.
According to Expansion, Urbis expects rental of commercial space in the shopping center to generate returns of 10 pct on the group´s investment.
The shopping center will cover 97,500 m² and will also include an urban spa and other leisure facilities, Expansion said.
