TriGranit Management Corporation’s Long Island Resort, Seychelles project was awarded the highly commended RLI Hospitality Award 2014 at the Retail and Leisure International (RLI) Award Gala 2014 in London.
The Global RLI Awards 2014 was held at the Natural History Museum, London on 5th June, where industry leaders once again celebrated the success of retail and leisure developments and operators across the world.
Recognizing outstanding achievements throughout the industry, a prestigious panel of highly-respected business leaders judged nominations for the awards categories on their merit and positive impact on the market. The Gala Awards is an evening of recognition and celebration for the most innovative and imaginative retail and leisure concepts. This year, TriGranit Management won the RLI Hospitality Award 2014 with its Long Island Resort, Seychelles project.
About the award winning project
Long Island is a private island that is situated in Sainte Anne Marine National Park, 3.5 kilometers east of the main island Mahé. The design and permitting of 116 villas and suites has been completed and the final stages of construction are in process. Long Island Resort is a very exciting and unique concept that is filling a supply gap for global travellers and wealthy locals. The portfolio contains restaurants and bars, spa, leisure and recreational areas, selection of pools adjacent to the beach, kids club and sports entertainment, a wedding chapel, as well as a helipad. The island is accessible by boat in 10 minutes from Victoria, Mahé.
