Rodamco North America N.V., in liquidation today announced that the transfer of the assets and liabilities of the Company to Westfield America Trust, Simon Property Group and The Rouse Company has been completed.
It is expected that the liquidation payment of EUR 54.11 per share (before withholding tax) will take place on wednesday 8 May 2002 and be made on the shares as registered in the custody systems on Tuesday 7 May 2002 after close of business.
