Tornet is selling shopping centres in Västerås and Uppsala (SE)

Fastighets AB Tornet is selling MultiCenter in Västerås and S:t Per in Uppsala for a total price of SEK 1,637 million (approx. €185 million). The purchase price exceeds the book value by SEK 64 million (approx. €7 million).
