Tommy Hilfiger upsizes its store at Icon Outlet (GB)

Icon Outlet at The O2, which is owned and operated by AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners, has announced that leading designer lifestyle brand Tommy Hilfiger, has significantly upsized its store by more than 110%. This latest development follows stellar trading results throughout Q1 for both brand and destination and is a significant vote of confidence in its presence at The O2 from the global fashion brand.

Tommy Hilfiger has upsized its store at Icon Outlet at The O2  by over  3,100ft², more than doubling its presence on the upper level. Located adjacent to a range of high-profile brands such as Calvin KleinGANTHackett, and Ted Baker, the new 6,000ft² Tommy Hilfiger store is open now. Showcasing the brand’s classic American style across menswear and womenswear, with the addition of a childrenswear range, the upsized store has broadened its appeal to an even wider variety of shoppers.

Scott Murdoch, Chairman of Retail at CBRE, said: “Tommy Hilfiger at Icon Outlet at The O2 has continued to be a strong performer within the outlet portfolio, and we are delighted to have played a part in its upsize. It demonstrates commitment to the outlet shopping destination following The O2’s consistently high footfall and strong sale results, and there is no doubt that the brand will continue on an upward trajectory with a larger presence and enhanced in-store experience.”

Louisa Dalgleish, Leasing Director at Icon Outlet at The O2, also commented: “Following a successful start to 2023, we are delighted to open the newly upsized Tommy Hilfiger store. As one of our leading brands and long-standing tenants, we are thrilled to see the global fashion house committing to, and investing in, our outlet shopping destination. This latest move indiciates how much the brand values its position at The O2 and delivers a strong vote of confidence for the year ahead, further cementing our position as one of London’s leading outlet shopping destinations.”
