Three shopping centers opened in Poland (PL)

Three shopping centres have been opened this week in Poland: Galeria Ostrowiec in Ostrowiec wi tokrzyski, Ferio Gaj in Wroc aw and Galeria Copernicusÿin Toru.

The 15,000 m² Galeria Ostrowiec cost PLN 60 mln and the Polimeni Organization was the developer. The centre houses a Tesco hypermarket, as well as Jysk, CCC, Wojas, W¢lczankaÿand Deichmann stores. Wroc aw's 11,000 m² Ferio Gaj was developed by Raiffeisen EvolutionÿProject Development. The retail space in the centre has been leased to the Piotr i Pawe supermarket chain, Eldom, Jysk, Monnari and World Class Fitness. TK Polska Operation's Galeria Copernicus in Toru cost EUR 49 mln, including the expense of constructing road links. 11,300 m² of the 34,000 m² centre is being rented by Real hypermarket and 3,500 m² by Media Markt.
