In its meeting on 25 November 2004, the supervisory board appointed Thomas Neiße (56) chairman of the management board from 1 December 2004. As Head of Research, Neiße will be responsible for the securities research.
In this newly created position, the research activities of Deka Investment, that previously were subdivided in the units ‘shares research’ and ‘interest research’, are now bundled and strengthened therewith. Gunars Balodis and Michael Hallacker, who were responsible for these units until now, have returned the mandate in mutual agreement.
