TCN Property Projects and ARCADIS have signed a cooperation agreement for the development of the Business Support Centers concept, called Ter Plekke (BSC). Ter Plekke facilitates companies and their employees in or in the environment of business parks. The offer of services may differ per location and depends on the size and character of the park, on the facilities that already exist in the park, but most of all on the users’ demands.
A BSC will have a surface of 1,500 m² to 5,000 m², depending on the number of services to be offered. Standard facilities are catering services with conference rooms, child care and health clubs. These facilities are offered by the regular partners Wissenkerke Eten and Drinken (catering) and Radius Kinderopvang (child care). These facilities can be completed with services such as copy shops, office supplies, shopping services, dry cleaning, banking services, travel agency, etc. TCN and ARCADIS will open a BSC every year, starting in 2005. At the moment, TCN and ARCADIS are investigating the establishment possibilities in the municipalities of Almere, Eindhoven, Assen, Hilversum and Arnhem.
