Heijmans N.V. (construction, property development and related activities) has reached a final agreement regarding the takeover of property development company Proper-Stok Groep B.V. in Rotterdam. Proper-Stok will be consolidated with effect from 1 July 2002.
The takeover will be paid in cash. A large part will be financed by
issuing cumulative preference shares. The rest of the selling price
will be financed using current resources.
