Swiss Life buys two Parisian buildings for €132.5 million (FR)

Swiss Life has bought two buildings situated in the QCA-area of Paris for an amount of €132.5 million.

The acquisition consists of a building of 18,000 m² with 91 parking spaces on the rue La Boétie and a private hotel of 2,800 m² with private gardens on the boulevard Haussmann. Swiss Life was advised by CB Richard Ellis Bourdais Investment and the seller, the Union Mutualiste de Retraite, was advised by IXIS AEW.
