Soudal has purchased the freehold of a Tamworth warehouse from a private investor.
The multinational sealants, adhesives and foam manufacturer, with its HQ in Belgium, has acquired the 4,405m² ‘Sentinel’ building – located at Centurion Park in Tamworth, Staffordshire – for its own occupation as part of an expansion of its activities and capacity.
Gerald Eve secured the instruction to advise Soudal through its international alliance partner Hugo Ceusters, which acts on behalf of the firm in its native Belgium. Burley Browne acted on behalf of the seller.
