Sirin Development completes Vilnius warehouse (LT)

Sirin Development has completed the construction of stage IV of Liepkalnis Industrial Park in Vilnius. The company has invested circa €13m in the development of a 26,200m² warehouse, which is let to a range of tenants including Lithuanian Post, Araneta, the company managing the stores of Bald? turgus, Baltijos didmena, the company managing Membershop e-stores, and the production company Looping Production. According to Laurynas Kuzavas, the Director of Sirin Development UAB, the industrial park project is unique in the Baltic States due to its size, exceptional location, high construction quality and focus on energy efficiency.

Liepkalnis Industrial Park is located in the southern part of Vilnius, taking up a 34.4 ha territory next to Liepkalnio and Sodybu streets. The total area of the logistics park will be 165 thousand m², and total investments in the park will amount to €82m. Three stages of development are yet to be implemented.
