Shopping Center Poland - the largest event of its kind in Central Europe

Shopping Center Forum (SCF) is a biannual convention for retailers and investors in the retail real estate industry. The upcoming Fall Edition will be held on 17-18 September 2014 in Warsaw.
Over 60 exhibitors will provide retailers with more than 150 new projects and and re-leased shopping centers. The list of this year’s exhibitors already features brands such as: TK Development, ECE Projektmanagement, Apsys, Plaza Centers, Immofinanz, Carrefour, Multi, Ghelamco, Inter Ikea, Neinver, Atrium, Mayland Real Estate, Immochan, Trigranit or Knight Frank.
Available space will be also showcased in the Project Flash segment. That helps the developers and shopping mall owners to present their offer to the potential tenants and establish new business contacts. About 300 retailers will take part in the SCF including such companies as Inditex, Intersport, GoSport, TK Maxx, RTV Euro AGD, Jula, Lynx-Optique, Triumph, Sephora, Carrefour, IKEA, Rossmann, McDonald’s or Adidas.
All together, about 1500 participants should eventually take part in the Forum. Approximately one third of them are representatives of retail chains and other shopping center tenants. They are mostly board members responsible for new locations and negotiating contracts of lease of retail space. Among the Forum participants you can find representatives of a wide variety of leading local and international brands, from many retail sectors, for example fashion, footwear, food, electronics.
Forum participants can also use Forum Link, a meeting scheduling software for the SCF. More than 10 thousand messages had been sent ahead of the last year’s edition of the expo. Access is only available to registered Forum participants.
Shopping Center Forum takes place twice a year: in Winter/Spring (1 day) and Fall (2 days). It is the largest industry convention of its kind in Poland and Central Europe. The Forum aims to: showcase shopping center projects; enable the letting and pre-letting of space; make it possible for developers and retailers to network; host conferences and presentations; showcase cutting-edge technology and services for retailers and shopping centers.
