Bouwfonds Property Development and Hansa Urbana have signed a contract in July 2005 for the establishment of the joint venture Hansa-Bouwfonds S.A.
The company will aim at the developmant of residential projects along the Spanish Mediteranean coast. Hansa-Bouwfonds is established in Alicante, Spain.
