Real estate investment fund Sarakreek Holding N.V. reports a negative direct investment result of USD 1.0 mln during 2001. Also the indirect investment result was negative: USD 1.8 mln during 2001.
Total investment result of Sarakreek therefoe amounts to USD 2.8 mln, or a loss of USD 0.51 per share.
Sarakreek invests in commercial real estate property in the U.S.A. Presently the real estate portfolio consists of one object, the LÂ'Enfant Plaza in Washington DC, which comprises offices, shops, a parking and a hotel.
