Sampo Group, as one of several institutional investors, has today entered into a contract with CapMan Real Estate Ltd, a subsidiary of CapMan Plc, regarding the establishment of the real estate capital fund CapMan Real Estate 1 Ky.
According to the agreement, CapMan Real Estate 1 Ky has purchased from the Sampo Group companies If P&C Insurance Company Ltd and Sampo Life Insurance Company Limited a total of ten office properties located in the Helsinki metropolitan area valued at a total of approximately 120 million. The sale has a slight positive effect on Sampo Group's earnings.
