Sacyr Vallehermoso sells Madrid building for €132.85 million to the Madrid City Council (ES)

The company Testa, a subsidiary of the real estate holdings belonging to the Sacyr Vallehermoso group (SyV), has signed an agreement with the Madrid City Council to sell to the City Hall the Capitán Haya 41 office building in Madrid for a total amount of €132.85 million. The building has 14 floors above grade with an area of 22,000 m² and 3 floors below grade with 360 parking spaces.

In addition, Testa has acquired from the Madrid City Council the Alcalá 45 building for €99.78 million and signed a tenancy agreement for this property with them for a period of 10 years.

The SyV group has also bought from the Madrid City Council for €33 million 152,791 m² of building land included in the Valdebebas Urban Development Plan (PAU), located in the north of Madrid, which will be used for residential development.
