The international jury of The Architectural Review has awarded the prestigious MIPIM Future Project Award in the Residential category to Hoog aan de Maas, the residential tower which will grace the Rotterdam Maasoever from 2006.
The prize, which is awarded by leading professionals in the field of architecture, was presented to the project on 10 March 2004 at the MIPIM in Cannes, the annual real estate conference. The jury was especially impressed by how the designers, 01-10 Architects (Rotterdam), have respectfully dealt with the heritage of the former Nederlandsche Bank.
