RICS launches first Young Property Manager of Year award

As part of its 2004 Property Management Awards, launched on Monday (26th January) RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) has launched a new Award for the Young Property Manager of the Year (YPM). The Award is being sponsored by the international property advisers, DTZ, and the prize will include an international travel award.

The YPM Award has been developed not only to raise the profile of property management as a career, but also to recognise outstanding achievements by young professionals already working in the sector.

The Award is open to young property managers under the age of 30 working in the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands but can encompass projects carried out in their home country or anywhere in the world. The entry form can be downloaded from the RICS website
