Richard Homburg, Chairman and CEO, is pleased to announce that Homburg -Centron Teamworks on behalf of Homburg Invest Inc. has finalized a significant lease transaction of the Homburg-Harris Centre. Trident Exploration will occupy the entire first phase of approximately 220,000 ft2 excluding the main floor retail.
The first tower will be named the "Trident Tower" and completed in January 2007. Trident Exploration is one of Canada's leading coal bed methane producers and is poised to capitalize on the strong Alberta energy sector. The second tower will be built without preleasing commitments and will consist of 375,000 ft2 and 20 stories of first class AAA office space, main floor and Plus 15 level retail. The Plus 15 connection will access Banker's Hall through Gulf Canada Square. The project value is now estimated at $280,000,000.
