Real estate developer Amstelland will increase its efforts in the retail market. By 2003 it wants about half of its turnover from this sector. Until recently this was only 15%, according to Klaas de Ruiter, CEO of Amstelland MDC during the opening of Almada Forum, a new shopping center in Lissabon, Portugal.
Today Amstelland MDC will present its company objectives in terms of turnover, profit and acquisitions. Profit per share is expected to increase by 17%.
