The presentation of the financial year 2003 of Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG (DIC) revealed that the revenues of the company have increased 16.5% to € 209.5 million. The business results increased 20.4% to € 11.2 million. The net profit of the year 2003 amounted to € 4.7 million, while last spring the net profit had already reached € 4.3 million.
In 2003, DIC has acquired amongst other things two new properties in the office park Langenfeld, near Düsseldorf and Frankfurt am Main, as well as the former post head office area in Erfurt. For the current fiscal year DIC continues its spring strategy. “With our clear focussing on the three divisions Portfolio- and Asset Management, Project Development and Opportunistic Investments, we are well set up for the future”, says Ulrich Höller of the management board.
Meanwhile DIC announced that one of the office buildings in Meschede used by Telekom has been sold to a private investor. This property consists of 20,000 m² NLA and has been sold by share deals.
