Net result of NAGRON Nationaal Grondbezit N.V. increased by 5.2% to EUR 26.2 million during 2001, compared to EUR 24.9 million in 2000. This represents a profit per share of EUR 3.54 (2000: EUR 3.36).
Operating results increased by 9% to EUR 49.6 million. This increase was mainly the result of an increase in the investment portfolio and higher prices for houses.
Real estate acticities achieved an operating result of EUR 43.8 million compared to EUR 41.3 million during 2000.
