The private real estate fund Redevco has made its first acquisition in Sweden by obtaining the retail object Ahlens House in Malmö for SEK 170 mln. (⬠18.7 mln). The object is situated on the prominent pedestrian area Södergatan.
Ahlers House was delivered in 1966 and contains 6,400 m² of shopping space on 3 levels. Ahlens, a retail formula for fashion and interior design, has simultaneously signed a new 10-year lease contract with Redevco.
