In the past few months REDEVCO has successfully developed and let a number of logistics centers in Europe.
Near Lyons airport, REDEVCO France developed a 11,000 m2 logistics complex, which has been let to two parties, Dimotrans and Euro Union.
On behalf of C&A, REDEVCO Germany added another 9,000 m2 to the logistics center near Mönchengladbach, resulting in a total space of 37,500 m2.
In Enns (Austria), REDEVCO Central Europe expanded C&A’s distribution facilities for its Austrian, Hungarian and Czech stores by 5,300 m2 to a total of 25,000 m2.
Earlier this year REDEVCO acquired the German Birkart portfolio, consisting of 10 properties in Germany and 1 in Italy; total portfolio size 160,000 m2.
REDEVCO´s portfolio comprises 750,000 m2 of logistics space in Europe, representing a value of more than € 400 million, i.e. 7% of the total portfolio. The properties are situated in Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Czech Republic.
