Redevco Services Germany has sold a retail building in Cologne for € 51,25 mln. to a German open-end fund. The building is let to C&A and was the largest retail building in the Redevco portfolio with 24,000 m².
It is situated on an A1 location in Cologne, which is one of the most frequently visited pedestrian locations in Germany. Kölbel Immobilienconsulting GmbH, Düssel-dorf acted as intermediate in the sale.
Redevco’s German real estate portfolio up until this sale was approx. 28% of the total portfolio of € 5.5 bln.
