ProLogis leases third facility in Poland

ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, announced today that it has fully leased a 17,417 m2 facility in Blonie, Poland. The facility will be occupied by two companies: P&O Trans European (P&OTE), a pan-European logistics service provider, and Polifarb Cieszyn-Wroclaw S.A. (Polifarb), a major Polish producer of paint and varnishes.

ProLogis Park Blonie continues to serve as a vital distribution hub for the logistics network in Poland and throughout Eastern Europe. P&OTEÂ's leasing of 12,195 m2 will enable the company to expand its pan-European footprint, which operates in more than 200 European locations including Ireland, Scandinavia, Italy, and now Poland.

Additionally, Polifarb, who currently leases space in building two of the park, entered into a long-term lease for 5,222 m2, increasing their total space leased in ProLogis Park Blonie to 8,711 m2.

Our focus has always been on growing ProLogisÂ' presence in key distribution locations throughout Europe while providing expertise on local and regional market issues, said Hans A. van Luijken, first vice president for ProLogis. ProLogis Park Blonie has grown because of its advanced facility network and its strategic location within Poland. For years to come, the park will serve as a primary setting for companies to streamline their supply chain operations throughout Eastern Europe.

ProLogis Park Blonie consists of three buildings totaling 54,000 m2 of high quality distribution space. Current customers in the first and second building include LÂ'Oreal, Bruhn Transport, Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne and Polta S.A.
