PRIMESTAR Group opened its second hotel with an integrated offering in the hotel, long-stay, and workspace segments in Hannover at the beginning of IHIF.
From now on, the June Six Hotel Hannover City will feature 115 rooms and suites in the heart of the regional capital Hannover. Facilities including WorX Space, June Bistro & Bar, and a gym. The hotel is located on Kurt-Schumacher-Strasse near the main train station and directly adjacent to the largest shopping centre, Ernst-August-Galerie.
The property has been extensively renovated to the latest construction standards and is on the verge of being ESG certified by BREEAM with a “Very Good” rating. The property is owned by Crown S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, an institutional fund based in Luxembourg. The new appearance of the property has consciously been kept under the motto "Green Urban Chic" with the well-known design of the first flagship hotel - the June Six Hotel Berlin City West.
The hotel is equipped with state-of-the-art technology implemented by its technology partners at-visions, Lokalee, and Socialwave/Beaconsmind. The hotel has a fitness centre with a green outdoor area.
