CBRE has announced their representation of the PNK Group in a lease by ROSTA. The leading Russian pharmaceutical group is set to occupy 18,000 m² worth of warehouse premises in the modern Class A industrial park PNK Valischevo. The warehouse is located in the southern Moscow Region, along the Simferopolskoye highway, approximately 32 km from the Moscow Ring Road.
Projected to open in Q3 2016, the decision to open this new warehouse was strongly affected by business development plans in addition the need for a modern automotive warehouse in the region equipped with engineering systems built for pharmaceutical goods storage. The development of this new logistics platform is intended to allow ROSTA to reduce the time of order processing and to improve the quality of clients’ service.
PNK Group is no stranger to the development of custom logistics facilities. In 2014, Hilti Group commissioned a built-to-suit 13,200 m² warehouse complex intended to include special functions such as a service centre, show room, training centre and conference hall. In 2013, grocery retailer Verniy commissioned a multi-temperature built-to-suit warehouse.
The total area of Industrial park PNK Valischevo comprises 500,000 m² of warehouse premises. Construction on the park started in 2015, and project completion is slated for 2017-2018. The park is located just a few kilometers from the Simferopolskoye and Kashirskoye highways in addition to being in close proximity to the ring road currently under construction around Moscow.
PNK Valischevo meets NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and FM Global standards. PNK Group’s projects are the only ones in Russia to meet these very strict requirements.
Anton Alyabiev, director of warehouse & industrial department, CBRE said: “These new warehouse premises that were chosen by ROSTA meet all the class A + benefits. Besides that the premises are equipped with special engineering systems that are very important for pharmaceutical goods storage. PNK is practically the only one company in the Russian market that can offer such solution to its clients.”
