The aggregate value of production during the first nine months of 2002 was equal to EUR 3.594.2 mln, as against EUR 474.2 mln during the first nine months of 2001. The increase stems principally from significent new acquisitions made. Excluding these acquisitions, the aggregate value of production amounted to EUR 696.6 mln, a corresponding growth of 77% with respect to EUR 393.2 mln recorded during the first nine months of 2001.
EBIT including income from equity participations amounted to EUR 57.2 mln, as against EUR 28.5 mln during the first nine months of 2001 (+101%).
Profit before tax was EUR 106.2 mln, as against EUR 28.1 mln during the first nine months of 2001. Net income was equal to EUR 79.8 mln (2001: EUR 18.2 mln).
