Pirelli & C Real Estate SpA is expected to post a full year net profit of about €145 mln compared with €128 mln in 2004. Pirelli RE's full year operating results, including contributions from affiliate companies, is forecast at about €185 mln against €157 mln in 2004.
On Sept 9, the company posted a 25 pct rise in first half net profit to 58.8 mln eur from 48 mln a year earlier and repeated guidance of higher full year operating profit.
