Pillar puts

Pillar Property has put Fosse Park, one of the UK’s largest out-of-town shopping parks, on the market with a price tag of £320m.

CB Richard Ellis has been appointed to market the 416,536 sq ft development, which is located three miles south of Leicester city centre.

Fosse Park is currently held within Hercules Unit Trust, which is based in Jersey and therefore likely to be attractive to prospective buyers.

CBRE Director, Greg Nicholson, commented: “The potential sale of Fosse Park offers an extraordinarily rare opportunity for investors to acquire one of the leading shopping parks. Fosse Park offers many of the attributes of a regional shopping centre and it sits very comfortably alongside Bluewater, the Trafford Centre and Merry Hill.”
