Pillar Property plc said it has sold two leisure and retail developments for a total consideration of £171m to groups of private individuals.
Pillar sold Omni, a freehold leisure scheme in Scottish capital Edinburgh, for 74.3 mln stg and a London shopping centre at Fulham Broadway for 96.7 mln.
Chairman Raymond Mould said in a statement: 'These sales are in line with Pillar´s stated objective of focusing on its core business of retail parks, both in the UK and Europe, and on our City of London offices.'
