Per 1 July 2004, Pieter Jager MBA (38) will become the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the international real estate company TCN Property Projects in Nieuwegein (the Netherlands). At the moment, Jager is managing director of the Stichting RealNext, to which he will remain attached as a counsellor. His successor will be announced shortly.
The appointment of Jager fits in the expansion strategy of TCN Property Projects. TCN has grown among other things by the take-over of the Media Park in Hilversum in the beginning of 2003. Two weeks ago, TCN signed an letter of intent for the take-over of the Kema Park in Arnhem.
The real estate company was started in 1994. TCN has establishments in Germany, Belgium, Portugal and Hungary. Since 1999, Jager has been involved in an international cooperation of brokers. With founders such as CB Richard Ellis, DTZ Zadelhoff and Jones Long LaSalle, RealNext arose in 2003. RealNext is an independent information platform that enables people to look at the supply of all office, retail and business spaces on all websites of connected brokers organizations in the Netherlands. Pieter Jager is master of business administration and obtained his post Master´s degree of investment on real estate in 1999 at the University of Amsterdam. During his career, apart from RealNext and its precedent, he worked at Visserijmaatschappij Kennemerland, AEGON Real Estate and Dynamis Vastgoedconsultants & Makelaars.
