Grainger plc announces the appointment of Peter Brock as managing director of Grainger Deutschland GmbH, its German advisory business. Peter joins from listed German real estate company Vivacon AG where he was Head of Asset Management. During this time he was responsible for developing a unique management platform for residential property investors in Germany. In this position, Peter was also responsible for the creation and marketing of investment funds investing in German residential real estate.
Prior to this Peter undertook a range of banking and real estate roles in both the UK and Germany. These included being a Managing Director of both Lazard and Rothschild in Germany and working for Terra Firma, where he led the team working primarily on German real estate transactions.
