Paval Holding, through the brothers Drago? and Adrian Paval, the owners of Dedeman, together with Apex Alliance, acquired the five-star hotel in Switzerland, Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort.
The new owners plan to preserve the historic character of the resort and reopen it next year.
In addition to accommodation, the hotel also has several restaurants including Epoca by Tristan Brandt, which obtained a Michelin star in 2022.
The new owners are committed to investing in the modernization of infrastructure, technical systems and other comfort solutions, to turn the project into a year-round attraction, to create new jobs and to activate sales potential through their own network of partners.
