PATRIZIA Immobilien AG announces the appointment of residential specialist Andrew Pratt, to work alongside James Muir, Managing Director PATRIZIA UK, to further expand the Company’s in-house residential investment and asset management capabilities in the UK. The appointment signifies the Company’s first strategic step towards creating a UK residential investment proposition, building on its significant international capability in this area as well as broadening its expertise in the UK market.
Pratt joins PATRIZIA with 40 years’ experience in the UK residential property sector encompassing a range of different roles and activities. Most recently he worked at CBRE supporting the development of their residential platform and prior to this he spent almost five years as Managing Director of Grainger’s UK business. Additional experience has included the role of Fund Manager at Teesland plc, where he was responsible for setting up and managing residential investment funds and Group Chief Surveyor at the Bank of Ireland.
James Muir, Managing Director of PATRIZIA’s UK business, said: “The combination of PATRIZIA’s robust European platform and Andrew’s experience and knowledge of working in the UK residential markets augers well.
